Zen & Steel Sushi Bar
Zen & Steel explores the tension between organic warmth and industrial grit through a strategic two-phase development.

Phase I: Exterior Integration The first phase focuses on a contextual facade design, ensuring the new venue's aesthetic naturally blends into the existing hotel community’s fabric while subtly signaling its unique identity.

Phase II: Interior Transformation The interior explores the collision of materials—merging the softness of Japanese Zen (warm oak, linen, and branch-inspired lighting) with the raw power of exposed concrete and blackened steel. The central circular bar serves as the spatial anchor, crowned by a minimalist wood-slat canopy. This fusion creates a versatile environment that effortlessly transitions from a serene sushi counter to a dynamic, high-energy event space.
