Urology Care Center
Spatial Strategy & Zoning
Spanning 20,000+ sq. ft., the facility is organized into a strategic four-quadrant layout centered around the primary elevator core. This intentional zoning effectively segregates adult, pediatric, administrative, and support functions, minimizing cross-traffic to optimize operational efficiency while maintaining strict patient privacy.

Inclusive Design & Wayfinding
Prioritizing accessibility, the reception features ADA-compliant lowered counters to ensure an inclusive experience for all patients. Organic curvilinear patterns in the ceiling and flooring serve as an intuitive wayfinding system, naturally guiding visitors through the high-performance healthcare environment.

Materiality & Healing Environment
A restorative palette of warm wood grains and neutral stones replaces the traditional sterile clinical aesthetic. Strategic brand-integrated green accents provide visual anchors, creating a serene, hospitality-inspired atmosphere that fosters healing and reduces patient anxiety.
