The Corn reimagines high-density urban living through a modular "kernel" system. Inspired by the geometric efficiency of a corn cob, the building’s circular architecture is composed of standardized studio units that function as individual kernels. This modular approach significantly reduces construction costs while the interior strategy utilizes curated FF&E packages to meet diverse tenant lifestyles. The project demonstrates how standardized architectural footprints can still deliver bespoke, high-end residential experiences through strategic interior customization.
