Project Statement：

Cultivating cultural pride through culinary engagement, this project provides a curated experience where locals and tourists alike can immerse themselves in the art of Chinese cuisine. By involving visitors in the preparation of traditional dishes, the space serves as a vibrant community hub that motivates the inheritance and propagation of culinary traditions across generations.

Concept Statement

This project will extract spirits from Chinese cuisine philosophies, following three principles: balance, reunion, and regional.

This project is the first time I tried to use photoshop rendered all 3D Views. Comparing with V-ray, Enscape, Lumion, etc., Photoshop can create more refreshing, eye-catching, and stylized images.

Rendering Plans

The commercial kitchen design must meet the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) and the Food and Drug Administration (FDA). The focal kitchen and cooking station design is a basic conceptual design, not following the regulations yet.
